Using a Kingdoms plugin, you can create your own town, grow it into an empire, and still keep the factions-style PvP element in the mix. The server is built around exploring, building, and battling for supremacy, with a friendly and active community. EmpiresMC also runs events and tournaments to keep things fresh over time.
