Zombie survival servers are usually PvE-focused modes where players scavenge gear and materials while dealing with frequent zombie waves or night-based hordes. They often use custom mobs, limited safe zones, barricading/building defenses, and sometimes objectives like holding out for a timer, reaching an extraction point, or progressing through maps with teammates.
