Servers with an apocalypse theme are usually survival-focused worlds styled as post-collapse: ruined builds, scarce resources, harsher mob/difficulty settings, and often extra survival mechanics like limited safe zones, radiation/poison areas, or custom loot. PvP and raiding are common, with players scavenging and fortifying bases in a gritty, end-of-the-world map.
