Usually a Pixelmon/Cobblemon-style server feature where completing Pokédex milestones (seen/caught totals, specific biomes/regions, or full completion) grants rewards like items, money, crates, cosmetics, or sometimes special Pokémon. It’s basically progression incentives tied to filling out the Pokédex.
