Servers themed around being a criminal/rogue: minimal rules, lots of raiding and betrayal, and usually some kind of outlaw vs lawmen setup (bounties, prisons/jails, factions/gangs, black markets). Often closer to anarchy or hardcore survival with roleplay elements than to structured economy or protected builds.
