Servers with this tag run modded Minecraft and expect players to use a specific modpack or set of mods to join. They usually add new items, blocks, mobs, tech or magic systems, and other mechanics that aren’t in vanilla, and they’ll provide a mod list or launcher profile so clients match the server.
