Servers where PvP is built around a lifesteal mechanic: hitting or killing other players lets you gain hearts/health (often as extra max hearts), while the victim loses them. Usually paired with survival SMP-style gameplay, raiding, and high-stakes fights where dying can permanently weaken you unless you recover hearts through PvP, crafting, or shop systems.
