Servers with this tag usually run a survival/horror-style setup where normal mobs are replaced or modified into “infected” variants (stronger stats, new effects/abilities, spreading infection mechanics, custom drops). It’s basically PvE-focused survival with harder, themed mobs rather than vanilla behavior.
