Servers themed around medieval/fantasy roleplay where players form kingdoms (often with factions/towns), build castles and settlements, claim land, manage resources/economies, and fight wars or do diplomacy. Usually mixes survival building with light RPG elements like races, magic, quests, or custom mobs, depending on the server.
