Servers with a blood moon tag run a recurring event where certain nights are harder than normal, usually with boosted hostile mob spawns, stronger mobs, and sometimes extra effects like faster mobs or no sleeping. It’s common on survival and modded servers, often with a timer or random chance, and sometimes includes rewards for making it through the night.
