LGBTChat is a Minecraft 1.16 survival server with the Nether Update live. It includes land claiming: you should receive a golden shovel for creating claims and a book that explains the system. You can use /claim, and /trust to let another player build within your land. Players start with 200 claim blocks and gain 100 more per hour played, and all claims expire after 120 days.
