Servers that aim to feel like normal vanilla Minecraft but add small quality-of-life tweaks, usually via plugins or datapacks. Common stuff is things like /tpa and /home, better sleep, minor crafting tweaks, small performance fixes, and light anti-grief/claim tools, while avoiding big modded mechanics or heavy custom items.
