(3)Towny RPG

Servers that use Towny (or similar) for claiming land and running towns/nations, but also add RPG features like levels, classes/skills, quests, custom mobs/dungeons, and gear progression. The core loop is building and politics/economy through towns, with PvE content and character progression layered on top.
