Towny anarchy servers combine the Towny claiming/town management plugin with very few gameplay rules. You can found towns and nations, but outside of basic claim protections it’s usually open season for raiding, war, and politics, with minimal moderation and little to no restrictions on griefing, scams, or PvP.
