Skyblock servers start you on a small floating island with very limited resources and a few starter items, and the goal is to expand by generating resources, building farms, and progressing through challenges. Modern versions usually add island upgrades, missions, custom shops/economy, and sometimes co-op islands or competitive leaderboards.
