(3)Sign Shop

Servers with this tag use sign-based chest shops where players create buy/sell shops by placing signs on or near chests. Trades are handled through a simple shop plugin, usually using an economy balance but sometimes item-for-item bartering, and it’s common on survival and towny-style servers.
