(3)Protected Areas

Servers with this tag let players claim or mark regions of the world so other players can’t break blocks, place blocks, open containers, or use redstone there without permission. It’s usually done with claim plugins like GriefPrevention, Towny, WorldGuard regions, or Factions-style land, mainly to prevent griefing and theft on survival servers.
