Servers where most of the content comes from players messing with each other rather than structured plugins or staff-run events. Usually low rules and light moderation, so you get lots of raiding, trolling, shifting alliances, and improvised player-made rules or norms. Often overlaps with anarchy or semi-anarchy, but the focus is on emergent chaos from player interaction.
