Servers without a plot-claim system, meaning there are no pre-sized plots or plot worlds for building. Players usually build in the open world and land is handled by other claim tools (like GriefPrevention/Factions) or not protected at all, so it often goes with survival, anarchy, or simple community SMP setups.
