Servers with this tag allow or encourage using the Nether roof (above bedrock) for fast travel, usually by building ice roads, tunnels, or hub highways to connect bases and regions quickly with fewer mobs and obstacles. They typically have rules or plugins that make getting up there possible and don’t patch roof access.
