Nation forming servers are usually survival or semi-vanilla servers where players create nations with claimed territory, towns/cities, and some kind of government or ranks. They tend to revolve around diplomacy, alliances, wars, and map control, often using plugins like Towny, Lands, Factions-style claiming, or custom geopolitics systems.
