Nation creation servers are usually survival or semi-vanilla worlds where players form nations (often via plugins like Towny, Nations, or custom claim systems), build towns and infrastructure, manage territory and taxes, and interact through diplomacy, alliances, and wars. The focus is on group politics and map control more than pure PvP or pure building.
