Servers with this tag run the mcMMO plugin and use its skill leveling system for things like mining, woodcutting, fishing, and combat. Players gain XP by doing normal activities and unlock perks such as faster gathering, extra drops, and combat abilities, often with leaderboards and sometimes custom balancing.
