Servers with this tag run an Infernal Mobs-style plugin/mod where some normal mobs spawn as rare elite variants with extra health, special abilities (like regen, fire, teleport, thorns), and better drops. It’s usually used to make PvE harder and add random mini-boss fights while exploring or grinding.
