Servers with this tag make the Nether significantly more dangerous than vanilla, usually by buffing Nether mobs, adding extra hazards like stronger fire/lava mechanics, and sometimes introducing custom Nether-only mobs, structures, or progression rules so Nether trips require real prep and teamwork.
