Servers with this tag add hardcore-style mechanics to raise the stakes, like permadeath or limited lives, harsher survival settings, tougher mobs, reduced healing, or other punishing rules. It’s not always full Hardcore mode, but it’s meant to make survival riskier and mistakes more costly.
