Servers where progression revolves around upgrading armor and weapons through heavy enchanting, often with custom enchants, higher-than-vanilla levels, enchant tokens/scrolls, and gear-grind systems. Usually tied to PvP or economy gameplay where min-maxed gear is the main goal.
