Servers with this tag usually offer cosmetic capes for players at no cost, typically via a plugin or mod that shows capes in-game on that server (and sometimes only to players using a specific client/mod). They’re purely visual perks, often unlocked by joining, playing, or linking an account, and don’t carry over to vanilla Minecraft globally.
