(2)Expanding Map

Servers with an expanding map start with a limited world border or pre-generated area and then expand it over time (often after resets, milestones, or on a schedule). The idea is to keep early-game progression tighter and then open up fresh terrain and new resources later, usually to reduce spawn sprawl and preserve unexplored chunks.
