Enhanced world servers focus on making the overworld generation and exploration richer than vanilla, usually with custom biomes, terrain, and lots of extra structures like ruins, dungeons, and landmarks. It’s typically done with datapacks/plugins or modpacks, and the main draw is exploring a more varied, more densely populated world rather than changing core gameplay into something like factions or minigames.
