Servers with this tag revolve around players founding and running their own nations, usually with claims or towny-style land control, a government/rank structure, and rules set by each nation. Gameplay tends to focus on diplomacy, alliances, trade, borders, and wars over territory and resources, often with some roleplay but not always full RP.
