Classic adventure servers are usually quest-driven worlds with custom maps, NPCs, dungeons, and progression through exploration rather than open-ended survival. They tend to feel old-school, with guided storylines, puzzles, and set-piece combat, often played in co-op and sometimes with resource packs or plugins to support the map.
