Servers with this tag use a land-claim system (usually via plugins like GriefPrevention or Towny) where players can mark chunks/areas they own. Claimed land blocks other players from breaking, placing, opening containers, or using blocks unless trusted, mainly to prevent griefing and theft on survival-style servers.
