LiberCraft

LiberCraft is a whitelisted Minecraft server built around a friendly, diverse community that values having a good time together and meeting new people from around the world. The server includes custom mechanics, but they are optional and the vanilla game is left untouched if you prefer a purely vanilla experience. For the full experience, you only need to accept the server resource pack when prompted in-game, with no separate mod installs required. New players join through a whitelist application with a few questions; acceptance is not strict, but some effort is expected.
