Just Creative features plots in a range of sizes, WorldEdit, and plot minigames, with ranks earned by playing based on blocks placed and time active to unlock larger plots, expanded WorldEdit permissions, and command block access to build and publish your own plot minigames. Just Survival is grief-free vanilla Minecraft 1.16 with a rank system based on time played, players killed, and time survived, awarding additional perks as you rank up.
