Servers with this tag usually run an infection-style survival mode where a virus mechanic spreads between players or turns mobs/players into stronger infected variants. Expect custom plugins or datapacks for symptoms, debuffs, quarantines, cures or vaccines, and periodic outbreak events that push players to team up, scavenge, and contain the spread.
