Usually a survival or semi-survival server focused on players building and expanding towns (often with claims, plots, ranks, and town/nation plugins). Gameplay tends to revolve around cooperative building, resource gathering, trading, and sometimes light PvP or town wars, with an emphasis on creating a lived-in community rather than pure minigames or hardcore PvP.
