Servers focused on players founding and building towns together, usually with land claiming, shared projects, and some kind of progression for expanding the settlement. Often overlaps with survival economy or towny-style gameplay, where groups plan layouts, gather resources, manage territory, and sometimes deal with PvP or mob threats.
