Servers with this tag let players claim chunks or regions as a town (often via Towny or similar plugins) to protect builds, manage permissions, and control who can build or use containers. Towns can expand by claiming more land, collect taxes or upkeep, and sometimes join nations for alliances and wars, with PvP and raiding rules varying by server.
