Servers with this tag add a hydration meter alongside hunger, usually via plugins or mods. You have to drink water from bottles or sources, and thirst drains over time and faster in heat, combat, or while sprinting; ignoring it typically gives debuffs like slowness or weakness and can eventually damage you.
