(2)Terrain Regeneration

Servers with terrain regeneration periodically reset chunks or specific regions back to a fresh state, usually to restore mined-out areas, remove abandoned builds, and refresh resources. It’s most common on survival servers and is often limited to wilderness while protecting player claims or important areas.
