Servers with this tag run on a pre-made or heavily edited map with custom terrain, usually built in WorldPainter/WorldMachine or by hand. The world layout, biomes, and landmarks are intentionally designed instead of being randomly generated, often for survival, factions, or RP with a fixed map and protected/curated areas.
