Servers themed around horror/Halloween-style exploration and survival, usually with haunted builds (mansions, forests, graveyards), custom mobs or resource packs, jump-scare-y dungeons/quests, and a generally eerie atmosphere. Often seasonal, but some run year-round as a horror-adventure genre.
