Servers where players can break and move mob spawners (usually with Silk Touch, a special tool, or a plugin command) and place them elsewhere. Typically used to make grinders/farms easier, often with extra rules like spawner type changing via spawn eggs, limits on stacking, or restrictions in certain worlds.
