Sky racing servers are built around racing courses suspended in the air, usually using elytra/gliding (sometimes boats-on-ice, minecarts, or custom vehicle plugins). They focus on time trials or head-to-head races with checkpoints, obstacles, and leaderboards rather than survival gameplay.
