Servers with skills leveling add RPG-style progression where actions like mining, woodcutting, farming, fishing, or combat give XP in separate skills. Leveling up unlocks perks such as faster gathering, extra drops, new abilities, or stat boosts, usually via plugins/datapacks and often tied into economy or quests.
