Pseudo-Anarchy servers are basically anarchy-lite: most gameplay is unrestricted (griefing, stealing, PvP, no claims), but there are still a few enforced rules—usually no hacked clients/dupes, no lag/crash exploits, and sometimes limits on extreme harassment. The vibe is chaotic and player-driven, just with a minimal mod line to stop it from turning into pure exploit-fest.
