Servers that lean heavily on plugins to define the gameplay. They usually run Paper/Spigot-style setups with lots of custom commands, QoL systems, economy/ranks, claims, minigames, or custom items/mechanics, and the experience is noticeably different from mostly-vanilla servers even though it’s still not modded.
