Servers that run on Spigot/Paper or similar and use plugins to add or change mechanics beyond vanilla, like custom commands, claims, economy, skills, minigames, custom mobs/items, or quality-of-life features. Usually still largely vanilla-looking, just with extra systems layered on top.
