(2)No Weapon Cooldown

Servers that remove or heavily reduce the 1.9+ attack cooldown so melee works more like 1.8 spam-click PvP. Usually done with plugins to make swords/axes hit at full strength every swing, often paired with old-style PvP mechanics like no shields or tweaked knockback.
